How it all started
Barry and Kerry are the creators of Kerry’s Party For Less! They have been entrepreneurs together since 1994! Kerry’s Party For Less started by moving around various store locations across Hamilton, including Centre Mall, Queenston Mall, and downtown Stoney Creek. After moving around, we have now settled into our permanent location at 188 Ottawa Street North in Hamilton, Ontario. This vibrant spot has become the perfect home for our business, where we continue to grow and serve our community with exceptional balloon decor and party supplies.
Meet Our Team
Our talented team is the heart of Kerry's Party For Less. Rebecca, Kerry, and Teresa are all certified balloon artists who are passionate about their craft and dedicated to making every event memorable.
Rebecca, the youngest daughter, has been immersed in the family business her entire life and is now stepping up to lead the next generation. With a background in visual arts, Rebecca brings a creative vision that shines through in our balloon displays, from window showcases to large-scale event decor. Her dedication to customer experience and innovation is driving our business forward as she works on expanding our services to include larger events like corporate functions and weddings.
Kerry, although stepping back from the day-to-day operations, continues to be the beloved face of our store and our social media presence. Her creativity and expertise remain invaluable, especially during busy times or for special projects. Teresa has been with us almost since our Ottawa Street location opened and is not only an incredible artist but also the glue that keeps us organized and on track. Her energy and commitment make her an irreplaceable part of our team.
While Rebecca, Teresa, and Kerry are the main team members, we also have wonderful support from family and friends. There’s our part-time team member Brook and Teresa’s daughter Sarah helps out on Saturdays. Rebecca’s son Lincoln, though young, is eager to lend a hand when he’s not busy with school or his budding acting career. Shannon, Justin, and Rayna contribute during special events, dressing up in fun costumes for festivals and helping spread cheer to the community.

Rebecca is passionate about taking Kerry’s Party For Less to new heights. She’s been working tirelessly to enhance our online presence, streamline customer ordering, and bring fresh, creative ideas to our store displays. From reworking the website to creating a photo studio in-store, Rebecca is dedicated to showcasing our balloon artistry in the best possible light. Her ultimate goal is to expand our reach beyond Hamilton, attract new customers, and establish Kerry’s Party For Less as the top choice for balloon decor in the region. She dreams of growing our team and potentially opening new locations, all while maintaining the personal touch that makes our business special.
Kerry and Barry's Legacy
Barry’s dream of owning a business named after his beloved wife has truly blossomed into a family legacy. Kerry, a certified balloon artist, built the foundation of our reputation within the balloon industry. While she enjoys a well-deserved step back from full-time duties, she remains actively involved, supporting Rebecca. Kerry’s commitment to quality and her love for the community continue to inspire us all.
